When will my order ship?
Most orders leave our Modesto kitchen within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it does. During harvest and holidays, add a day — we pack fresh over fast.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — standard shipping is free on US orders over $50 after discounts. Under that, standard shipping is a flat $5.95. Expedited and overnight options appear at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped, absolutely. Email hello@almondos.com with your order number as soon as you can and we'll catch it before it leaves.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship across all 50 US states and to Canada today. More countries are coming. International customers cover any duties or import taxes.
The Almonds
How should I store my almonds?
Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry spot and they'll stay crisp for months. Once opened, fold the bag down or move them to an airtight jar. They freeze beautifully if you want to stretch a batch.
How fresh are they when they arrive?
We roast and season in twelve-pound lots and ship from the same orchard we grow on, so most bags reach you within a week or two of being sealed. Every bag is nitrogen-flushed to lock in that just-roasted snap.
What's actually in them?
Twelve ingredients or fewer in every flavor — never seed oils, anti-caking agents, or preservatives. The full ingredient and nutrition panel lives on each product page.
Allergens & Diet
Are your almonds gluten-free?
Most flavors are naturally gluten-free, and we label every one clearly. A few seasonal flavors include gluten — always check the dietary icons and ingredient panel on the product page.
I have a severe nut allergy — is this safe?
Our products are almonds, made in a facility that also handles other tree nuts, peanuts, milk, and wheat. If you have a severe allergy, please read the panel carefully and talk to your doctor.
Are any flavors vegan?
Many are. Vegan flavors carry a leaf icon on the product card and page. The chocolate and honey-glazed lines are the main exceptions.
Wholesale & Gifting
Do you offer wholesale?
We do — for cafés, markets, and tasting rooms. Email wholesale@almondos.com and we'll send our line sheet and minimums. Different terms apply to retail partners.
Can I send a gift?
Yes. Add a gift note at checkout and we'll leave the prices off the packing slip. Digital gift cards are available too, redeemable on any flavor and they never expire.
