Not Just an Almond.
The Right Almond.
Every bag starts in California's Central Valley, where the soil, the sun, and a family's craft turn a single nut into something worth talking about.
The Cut Matters
Why We Chose the Sliver
Most almond brands default to whole nuts. We made a deliberate choice not to. A slivered almond isn't just a smaller piece — it's a fundamentally different eating experience, and for bold seasoning, it's the superior format.
When you sliver an almond, you dramatically increase its surface area. More surface means every ridge and edge picks up seasoning in a way that a smooth, rounded whole almond simply cannot. The result is flavor in every bite — not just on the outside shell of a nut that stays plain in the center.
Slivered almonds also deliver a lighter, crispier crunch. They toast more evenly, season more completely, and snack more cleanly. They're designed for the flavors we build — Salt & Vinegar, Wasabi & Soy, Buffalo — intense, layered profiles that need every square millimeter of nut to do their job.

- –Harder to coat evenly
- –Slower, denser chew

What's Inside
The Health Case for Almonds
Almonds are one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. Decades of peer-reviewed research back what California almond growers have known for generations: a handful of almonds is one of the smartest things you can eat.
A single 2.5 oz bag of Almondos delivers 15 grams of protein, the same as two eggs, with no artificial fillers, no added sugars, and nothing you cannot pronounce.
Heart Health
Almonds are rich in monounsaturated fats — the same type found in olive oil — which are clinically associated with reduced LDL cholesterol and improved cardiovascular health.
15g Protein
Each 2.5 oz bag packs 15 grams of complete plant protein, making Almondos a serious snack for athletes, busy professionals, and anyone avoiding empty calories.
Keto Friendly
Low in net carbs and high in healthy fats, almonds are a cornerstone of the ketogenic diet — and Almondos seasoning adds bold flavor without breaking macros.
Fiber Rich
Almonds are one of the best whole-food sources of dietary fiber, supporting gut health, satiety, and stable blood sugar levels between meals.
Vitamin E
A powerful antioxidant, Vitamin E is abundant in almonds. It supports immune function, skin health, and helps the body combat oxidative stress.
Magnesium
Almonds are among the highest food sources of magnesium, a mineral critical for muscle function, energy metabolism, and restful sleep.
Vegan & Clean
No dairy, no animal products. Almondos ingredients are simple, clean, and plant-based — bold flavor without compromise.
Blood Sugar Balance
Research consistently shows almonds help blunt post-meal blood sugar spikes, making them a smart snack choice for metabolic health and sustained energy.
The Gluten Question
Naturally Gluten-Free, By Design
Gluten sensitivity isn't a niche concern anymore — it's a fast-growing part of how America eats. Here's what the research shows, and where Almondos stands.
A Note on Our Flavors
Almonds themselves contain no gluten. Salt & Vinegar, Buffalo, and Salt & Pepper are naturally gluten-free. Our Wasabi & Soy Sauce flavor is the one exception — it's seasoned with traditional soy sauce, which is brewed with wheat, so this flavor is not gluten-free.
Americans are estimated to live with some form of gluten-related food sensitivity or intolerance today, a number that has climbed steadily as awareness and testing have improved.
1 in 100
Roughly 1% of Americans — an estimated 2 to 3 million people — have celiac disease, an autoimmune condition triggered by gluten.
Up to 83%
Researchers estimate the large majority of Americans with celiac disease are still undiagnosed or misdiagnosed with other conditions.
1 in 20
Beyond celiac disease, an estimated 5–6% of Americans — nearly 20 million people — live with non-celiac gluten sensitivity, per the Cleveland Clinic.
Rising for Decades
Diagnosed celiac disease has become dramatically more common in industrialized nations in recent decades — researchers point to both better detection and real environmental shifts, from early-life gluten exposure to changes in the gut microbiome.
A Mainstream Shift
Gluten-free eating has moved from a medical necessity to a mainstream grocery habit, with millions of American households now avoiding gluten regardless of formal diagnosis.
Know Before You Snack
Almonds carry no gluten on their own — three of our four flavors are naturally gluten-free. Wasabi & Soy Sauce is seasoned with traditional soy sauce, which contains wheat, so check the flavor before you grab a bag if gluten is a concern.

From Orchard to Bag
A Journey That Starts in Wasco, California
Almondos almonds come from one place: Wasco, California — one of the most respected almond-growing regions in the Central Valley, which produces over 80% of the world's almond supply. Every step of our process is done on American soil, by American hands.
February — The Bees Arrive
Almond trees don't self-pollinate. Every February, the orchards of Wasco come alive as millions of honeybees are brought in to pollinate the blossoms. No bees, no almonds. This annual partnership between farmers and pollinators is one of the largest managed pollination events in the world — and it's what starts every bag of Almondos.
Summer Harvest — Sun-Dried for 7+ Days
After harvest, almonds are laid directly on the orchard floor and sun-dried for a minimum of seven days under the California sun. This isn't a shortcut — it's a centuries-old process that naturally reduces moisture and intensifies the nut's flavor. No industrial dryers. No artificial heat. Just sunshine and time.
Hand Sorted
After drying, every almond is hand-sorted. This step ensures only the best nuts make it forward — no broken pieces, no substandard almonds. It's the kind of quality control you only take the time to do when you care about what ends up in the bag.
Washed & Slivered
The sorted almonds are then washed and precision-slivered — cut to maximize surface area, create that signature crispy texture, and prepare them to hold our small-batch seasonings. This is where the almond becomes an Almondos almond.
Seasoned in Small Batches
Our seasonings are applied in small batches to ensure even, full coverage on every sliver. Salt & Vinegar. Wasabi & Soy. Buffalo. Salt & Pepper. Bold flavors that hold because the surface area of the sliver was built to hold them.
Bagged & Shipped — 100% California
From orchard to bag, every step happens in California and across the United States. No overseas manufacturing. No international supply chains. Almondos is fully American-made from seed to shelf.
100% American Made.
100% Tariff Free.
From the bee-pollinated blossoms in February to the bag that arrives at your door — every almond in every bag of Almondos is grown, processed, seasoned, and shipped entirely within the United States of America.
