By accessing this store, you confirm you're at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and that you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.
Using the store
You agree to use the store for lawful purposes only. You may not resell our products without a wholesale agreement, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend access to anyone who abuses the store or its staff.
Products & pricing
We do our best to show every flavor accurately, but colors and packaging may vary slightly from your screen. All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and discontinue any flavor — small-batch means some things sell out.
Orders & payment
An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email and may decline or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud. Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify Payments. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.
Intellectual property
The Almondos name, logo, recipes, photography, and copy are ours and protected by law. You may not use them without written permission. Reviews and content you submit remain yours, but you grant us a license to display them in connection with the store.
Disclaimers
Our products are food. They are made in a facility that handles tree nuts, peanuts, milk, and wheat. If you have a severe allergy, please read the ingredient panel and consult a doctor. The store is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Almondos is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the store. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Stanislaus County, California. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
