We ship every order from our family orchard in Modesto, California. Orders over $35 ship free. Everything below is the honest detail behind that promise.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. Free standard shipping applies automatically to US orders over $35 after discounts.
Processing time
We roast and pack in small batches, so most orders leave within 1–2 business days. During harvest season and holidays it can take an extra day — we'd rather pack it fresh than fast. You'll get a tracking email the moment it ships.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping to Canada is available at checkout; other countries are coming soon. International customers are responsible for any duties or import taxes.
How we pack
Every bag is nitrogen-flushed and heat-sealed to lock in freshness, then cushioned in recyclable kraft fill inside a right-sized box. In hot months we add insulation for chocolate-coated flavors so nothing arrives melted.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking link. You can also find live status under your account → Orders. If tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, it's usually a carrier scan delay — but reach out and we'll check.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order is marked delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your mail room first, then contact us within 7 days. For packages truly lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund. Carrier delays are out of our hands, but we'll always help you chase one down.
